What You'll Do:

The Director of Digital Marketing will support Curaleaf Hemp consumer marketing efforts, specifically through online channels. They will work in close partnership with the Hemp leadership, sales & marketing partners, Commercialization team, Curaleaf brand & marketing teams, contractors, and agencies.

Manage products sold on the Hemp site including posting & managing content, managing inventory and sell-through in partnership with sales team, and driving revenue through ecommerceSet strategy and manage digital advertising efforts for Hemp in partnership with National Digital team, including but not limited to:Paid search, Paid social, Programmatic, SEO, Discover new advertising opportunitiesIdentify and select vendorsManage budgets and advertising performanceWork with digital and marketing managers to optimize B2C CRM and social media effortsWork with tech resources (internal and external) for continued platform improvementTrack relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectivenessWhat You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership roleAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence and resilienceStrong leadership and project management skills in order to manage project timelines and cross-functional teams with excellence in execution with strong attention to detailsStrong analytical skills in using data to make sound recommendations affecting business decisions and resultsStrong financial acumenBusiness negotiation skillsAbility to solve problems and overcome obstaclesStrategic thinking skills and proven experience generating original ideasStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent written communication skills and solid presentation skillsAdaptability and flexibility to meet changing prioritiesGood foundation of CPG and marketing know-how, and an understanding of marketing mix (product, positioning, packaging, pricing, promotion and distribution)Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWhat We Offer:
