Valiant Residential is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving our company's creative services and social media for our portfolio of apartment communities across key areas including website design and maintenance, photo/video/media coordination, social media management, and print materials coordination. This role involves developing and executing creative services and cultivating robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the attainment of our corporate objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Website Design & MaintenanceDesign & maintain apartment community websites using proprietary CMS (content management system)Update website content, including photos, videos, floor plans, amenities, and copy to accurately reflect the features and offerings of each apartment community.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure website information is current and relevant.Photo/Video/Media CoordinationCoordinate photo, video, and media shoots for apartment communities with preferred vendors, ensuring high-quality content that showcases the unique features and amenities of each property.Oversee post-production processes with preferred vendors, including editing and retouching, to produce polished and professional visual assets.Social Media ManagementDevelop and execute social media content plans for apartment communities, including content creation, design, scheduling, and posting.Collaborate cross-functionally with apartment managers and regional supervisors to identify relevant and engaging content.Print Material CoordinationWork with preferred vendors to design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for apartment communities.Requirements
Departmental Support: Support Marketing Department and property operations by executing creative services-related initiativesExperience in web design and content managementStrong creative eye and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)Experience coordinating photo, video, and media shootsProficiency in social media management platforms with demonstrated experienceExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsCreative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailUnderstanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across various marketing channelsExperience working on the property management or real estate industry is preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentEducation:
