We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and execute PR strategies for a key healthcare/technology B2C and B2B account, while also providing account and team management support for clients in other sectors. This role offers exposure to a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in public relations, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand the client's business objectives and provide strategic counsel to achieve them.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns.Identify and leverage emerging trends and opportunities in the healthcare and technology sectors.Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Media Relations:Cultivate and maintain relationships with key consumer, healthcare, and technology media contacts, influencers, and industry thought leaders.Secure media coverage in top-tier healthcare, technology, and consumer publications.Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.Content Creation:Oversee the development of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, case studies, and social media content.Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice and messaging.Event Management:Plan and execute client events, including product launches, press conferences, and presence in industry trade shows.Manage event logistics, vendor relations, and on-site coordination.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.Provide clients with regular updates and comprehensive reports on campaign performance.Utilize insights to refine and improve ongoing strategies.Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and social media, to deliver integrated campaigns.Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and fostering professional growth.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in public relations, with a focus on healthcare and/or technology sectors.Comfort guiding clients through the PR processProven track record in client service to senior level clientsProven success in managing and executing high-impact PR campaigns.Strong media relations skills and an existing network of industry contacts.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to think strategically and creatively.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in PR and media monitoring tools.
