Job Description
Digitas Health is looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong focus on Product & Experience Design. The Senior Art Director will work with Creative leadership, UX and agency team members to design user experiences for Health Care Professionals and Consumers that span websites, emails, rep-based iPad presentations, and design systems. The Senior Art Director will understand and synthesize business and user needs and advocate for the user throughout each project.
This role will require the creation of deliverables including user interface designs, presentations, and designing and managing components in Figma design system libraries.
You are collaborative, passionate about growing as Product and Experience Designer, and someone who can meet the challenges of working in pharma head-on, and take to heart our mantra of "helping, not selling."

Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and collaborate with other team members
Design experiences that are informed by user journeys, personas, and scenarios
Advise on WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and usability best practices
Your Impact:
Experience in design system creation process and building multi-state components within Figma
Background in color theory, typography, layout, and composition
Present work to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors
Understanding of atomic design principles and WCAG 2.2 AA standards for accessibility
Design user experiences that are modern and comparative with other customer experiences outside of pharma
