Location Address:2500 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339Work Shift:Salary Exempt (United States of America)The Senior LMS & Instructional Design Partner will be responsible for administering our Workday LMS and LinkedIn Learning platforms, leading instructional design projects, and delivering learning & development solutions across the organization. This role collaborates closely with our HR Business Partners, Safety, Quality, Operations and Legal to translate business needs into impactful experiences that serve to develop our colleagues. They will report to the Senior Learning & Development Manager and ensure that Altium is developing the skills and capabilities of our employees to support a learning culture and high-performance organization. They will also ensure Altium’s Guiding Principles are incorporated into all learning and development initiatives, and reinforce our culture of safety, value creation, and disciplined entrepreneurship.Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities• Provide support as LMS subject matter expert, and ensure the organization is optimally leveraging digital, classroom, and blended learning solutions to meet development goals.• As the primary LMS administrator: define best practices, train users, organize learning content, and provide reporting on completion of learning initiatives.• Lead continuous enhancements of our LMS Workday, Learning Dashboard and metrics ensuring that we are evaluating the effectiveness of all learning and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. • Ensure learning content is available to our employees in desired languages so our diverse workforce has access to the content.• Provide support and guidance in assessing development needs, and deliver solutions to meet development goals. • Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing learning initiatives based on business needs, making recommendations based on analysis of performance and industry benchmarks/best practices, and modifying approach to meet changing goals. • Design and develop learning content, training materials, job aids, and associated reference materials in a variety of formats with support of SMEs in Safety, Quality, Operations, and other key business areas.• Primary administrator for LinkedIn Learning• Curate LinkedIn Learning Content and evaluate vendor-provided content to ensure it meets learning objectives and company culture.• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as managing logistics for learning events, rosters, and schedulingRequired Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• 3-5 Years’ experience using an LMS• 3-5 Years’ experience designing and developing learning content & programs• Understanding of adult learning principles • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Illustrator• Basic knowledge of Premiere pro video editor or comparable tool• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Storyline 360)• Proficient verbal and written communication skills• Excellent attention to detail• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills• Excellent organizational skillsPreferred Education and Experience:• Workday Learning• Experience working in the manufacturing sectorAltium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!
