Primary Care Physician Assistant (Same Day & ADS)_

**Overview****Fairview Health Services** is seeking a **Physician Assistant** to support Same Day services at our primary care practices at **M Health Fairview Clinic – Rogers** and service our **M Health Fairview Acute Diagnostic Center - Maple Grove** . This position will split its FTE between the two locations, with 0.8 FTE at M Health Fairview Clinic - Rogers and 0.2 FTE at M Health Fairview Acute Diagnostic Center - Maple Grove.The Acute and Diagnostic Services team is a member of the primary care health care team who works in collaboration with providers and other medical staff to provide acute and diagnostic services to stable patients that are not available or feasible in a primary care clinic. The role of an ADS Physician Assistant is to provide assessment and treatment for stable patients who require services that are more complex, require a longer intervention, or are services that are not provided in a typical primary care or urgent care clinic - but do not require emergency department stabilization services.
