To support the Information Management department at the Windhagen site (Cologne/Bonn area), we are looking for a full-time, permanent position as soon as possible for a Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors and Authorizations (m/f/d) YOUR NEW JOB: You will be the central point of contact for the conception, setup and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in the WIRTGEN GROUP and ensure long-term operations As part of the team, you will organize Identity and Access Management in SAP and Microsoft and implement the relevant technical interface management in close cooperation with the departments involved (HR/IT) You develop strategies for sustainable employee master data and organizational structure administration and thus ensure smooth personnel processes You identify best-practice solutions, taking HR trends into account, and implement them across all locations WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) engineering or (business) informatics (Master's degree or comparable) You already have several years of experience in the SAP HR environment (preferably with SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM) and have successfully managed international projects Your attitude is more important to us than your in-depth knowledge and experience: you have a positive attitude towards people and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams!
