Under regular supervision, decorates bottles through production process. This includes masking, etching, painting and cleaning of decorated bottles. Assists with boxing, storage, inventory tracking and movement of fragile products. Adheres to production schedule to ensure orders are crafted on time and within the customers quality expectations.Essential Functions

* Decorates simple designs on to bottles using establishes practices and procedures.
* Applies oil-based enamel fill into etched areas.
* Applies sealing wax to finished bottles
* Prepare finished projects for shipping, including boxing and palletizing
* Supports and practices all established safety programs and policies.
* Safely follows and practices all Standard Operating Procedures.
* Maintains a safe, clean and orderly work area.
* Ensures proper application of masks to bottles.
* Removes damaged or substandard bottles from use.
* Safely uses all equipment, including sand blaster.
* Responsible for standard quality painting results
* Accurately records quality outcomes using established forms.
* Maintains continuous communication with supervisor as needed.
* Alert supervisor when production supplies need to be ordered
* Uses company resources in cost-effective manner.
* Performs other duties as assigned to support a teamwork environment.
* Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.

* High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
* 1 year of bottle decorating experience to include painting basic level of details, using oil-based enamel paint, basic etching skills reflecting simplest levels of difficulty.
* Required to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
* Experience utilizing the standard measure (length, width, weight, ounces and gallons).
* Experience performing basic math functions.
* Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
* Experienced in reading and comprehending simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
* Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
* Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of bottle decorating experience to include experience painting basic level of details, using oil based enamel paint, basic etching skills reflecting simplest level of difficulty.
* Experience in the wine industry.Physical Demands
