Position Mission

Reporting into the Senior Director of Marketing for Insurance Advisory Solutions (IAS), the Regional Director of Marketing spearheads Marketing's support of the regional business objectives - which can include implementation of programs and projects, setting guidelines and timelines, coordinating with leaders, performing market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, analyzing existing marketing programs and projects, and developing strategies to optimize regional operations.

Functional Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between regional partner firm to ensure shared resources, best practices, goals, and priorities are properly communicated.Define and manage marketing budgets and strategic planning for The Baldwin Group Northeast aka RogersGray.Manage the strategic marketing use of the CRM and Marketing Automation tools to implement corporate and Advisor-level campaigns and manage pipeline touchpoints.Oversee content updates, compliance, and optimization for all regional corporate websites and intranet platforms.Develop and continually refine overall marketing strategy to align with all regional firm and The Baldwin Group IAS goals and based on measurable results.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners. Identify areas of opportunity to utilize partnerships to help achieve firm-level and The Baldwin Group IAS goals.Manage all regional firm and corporate brand adherence.Work closely with Regional leadership to amplify and enhance colleague relations including but not limited to strategic communications, engagement events, and recruiting opportunities.Provide leadership about best practices for marketing policies and procedures to the marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders.Oversee the content, design, and strategic utilization plan for all marketing assets, including collateral, templates, graphics, presentations, and campaign resources.Work in close partnership with the The Baldwin Group IAS Marketing & Communications and Enterprise Communications teams to guide the public relations and communications needs of the regional firms.Work in close partnership with the The Baldwin Group IAS Marketing and Enterprise Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute paid advertising and SEO optimization for the regional firm.Drive the strategic direction and planning of all marketing communications to include direct mail, email, online advertising, and event marketing, social media.Manage events and conferences to demonstrate our key differentiators and points of expertise to attract new clients and enhance existing relationships.Manage all analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts tied to business results and communicate efforts and actionable recommendations for optimization to regional leadership.Manage the distribution of marketing-related internal communications to help drive colleague engagement with regional firm marketing activities and content.Identify, test, adopt, and amplify best practices in each region and share learnings across teams.Work in partnership with the regional sales and service leaders to develop, execute, and optimize a client experience strategy.Be responsible for liaising between our region and the communities within it.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals with a focus on career and professional interpersonal development and accomplishing established regional and team-level goals.Education

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

10+ years of progressive marketing and leadership experience

Insurance brokerage experience preferred, but not required

Experience with content management systems, marketing automation systems, social selling tools, and prospecting tools
