Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the budget details of trade and consumer programs, following up budget management in SAP and tracking phasing, spents, reportings. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the marketing budget, PR/PO process, input to finance for reporting and tracking.
What you will do
Manage day to day management of marketing budget, PR/PO process, input to finance for reporting and tracking;Closely work with other team members to manage budget follow ups, payments, advise Trade Marketing Manager for budget phasing, overspent, underspent challenges;Support development for NACS and other national trade shows (agency RFPs, selection, design, budget, liasion with sales team and brand teams);Support the Trade Marketing Team for 3rd Channel 1-2-1 coupon tracking, redemptions, planning and budget tracking;Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.Who We Are Looking For
A
dynamic, passionate,
and
result-oriented
person, with:
3+ years work experience in budget planning, SAP and vendor relations management;Bachelor's degree;Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills;Attention to detail, execution excellence, passionate attitude, strong SAP knowledge, advanced excel skills.What We Offer
