POSITION SUMMARY:

We are searching for a passionate and collaborative commercial leader with a successful track record of leading patient-focused marketing initiatives. The Associate Director will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Direct-to-Patient (DTP) Marketing efforts for SUBLOCADE across channels, including point of care in HCP offices and direct to consumer advertising initiatives.

The successful candidate will lead the DTP marketing team for SUBLOCADE, defining customer-specific strategies and executing plans to achieve business goals. The Associate Director, DTP Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Brand Customer Marketing and have full accountability for Consumer brand marketing efforts in the US. This role will collaborate across the Brand team including HCP, B2B and Operations partners, as well as functions such as Sales, Market Access, Insights and Analytics, and Training. This role is visible and critical to the success of Indivior in the US.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:Set the strategy, goals, and execution plans for consumer audience brand promotion across channels.Lead development of patient insights, positioning, segmentation, strategy and creative development. Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development.Work collaboratively with marketing team and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless education and support to customers, with a patient-focused mindset.Partner with Sales & Training to elevate field comprehension of patient insights, strategies and pull through of patient education resources deployed via field teams.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of strategies and tactics; enable quarterly business reviews with senior management.Manage standard operating procedures for key initiatives such as patient ambassador programs.Identify and build optimal DTP marketing capabilities based on industry best practices and customer insights. Raise awareness to unmet needs and champion new patient-centric solutions to drive innovation.Effectively track and manage the DTP marketing budget. Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion. Apply financial components of brand management, including return on investment.Contribute to a strong culture aligned to our Mission and Guiding Principles at Indivior.Ensure a compliance focus to ensure that all promotional activities are fully compliant with Company policies and Legal and Regulatory guidelines.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have an innovative, customer-oriented mindset while easily collaborating cross functionally to achieve results in a high-energy, fast fast-paced environment. Must have a demonstrated ability to set customer strategies and communicate with clarity into actionable and measurable plans. Excellent marketing and analytical skills are important as is the ability to diagnose opportunities and orchestrate plans to address.

More specifically, it is anticipated that the ideal candidate will possess the following:

7+ years of related experience in the pharma/biotech industry with a proven, consistent history of high performance in brand marketing positions.Product management experience in prior marketing roles - Patient/Consumer marketing expertise in specialty brands strongly preferred in areas such as Branded & Unbranded content, Digital, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and TV/Video channels.Experience developing customer strategies and campaigns.Experience in the promotion of specialty markets or HCP administered injectables is desired.Demonstrates strong team/project management experience and communication skills.Experience working across functions and interacting with commercial management - demonstrates an ability to influence greater outcomes.Strong team player that has a patient-focus and customer service approach.Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and agencies.Live our Guiding Principles: Focus on Patient Needs to Drive Decisions; Seek theWisdom of the Team; Believe that People's Actions are Well-Intended; Care Enough to Coach; See it, Own it, Make it Happen; Demonstrate Honesty and Integrity at All Times.Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exude excitement about the vision and mission of Indivior.EDUCATION

An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
