The Digital Marketing Manager at Philosohy.com plays a pivotal role on the Digital team in optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This role's primary focus will be strategizing, implementing, and maintaining the Klaviyo marketing automation system to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and maximize ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager should have an adept grasp on marketing automation tools and a fervent dedication to crafting personalized, meaningful customer interactions. Reporting directly to the Director of Ecommerce, this position holds significant responsibility in driving our digital marketing success.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Marketing Automation Strategies:
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive conversions throughout the customer lifecycle.
Platform Management:
Manage the marketing automation platform Klaviyo to create automated campaigns, workflows, and personalized customer journeys.
Email and SMS Marketing:
Build and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns, including designing templates, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to improve engagement and deliverability.Continuously monitor and analyze marketing automation processes, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and enhancement.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing and automation processes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to segment audiences effectively, create targeted content, and optimize workflows that align with business goals and customer needs.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and with Klaviyo, suggesting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
We'd love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing automation, CRM, or a related field, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries.Proficiency in Klaviyo.Strong understanding of CRM principles, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.Experience in creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.Extensive experience in beauty, specifically skincare

Base Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 + bonus
