Role Summary

The offline manager is a new role to oversee all the USA offline marketing activities. This position is responsible for achieving new customer acquisition targets and demand generation goals through offline marketing activities including but not limited to; direct mail, media inserts and parcel inserts, OTP, OOH, radio & CTV.

This role will work closely with third party media agencies and the creative team based in the UK to meet offline New customer goals.

ResponsibilitiesOwn the planning and execution of all USA offline performance channels (including but not limited to Direct Mail, Out of Home (digital and print), OTP/Press ads, media inserts, Parcel inserts, and new channels such as CTV and Radio to support new customer acquisition goalsWork closely with Head of Offline to produce budget and reforecast plans to maximize profitable offline acquisition activity, working within an acceptable CPN (Cost per new)Liaise with our media agency to book insert, OTP and OOH media and with our data bureau on prospect mailingsWork closely with data co-ops (Epsilon and Wiland) on prosect mailing strategy and plansPlan and execute robust test activity to drive profitable growth (offer, creative, format, paper, new channel tests)Generate, review and share campaign and test results, taking appropriate action regarding future tests, roll-outs and media plansWork closely with in-house design team to produce strong creatives while constantly testing and elevating controlsIdentify new media, channel or partnership opportunities to drive profitable new customer acquisitionManage and develop offline assistantExperience

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant performance marketing experience in a data-driven, high-growth environmentExperience managing offline marketing channels including budgetary setting and controlCampaign management experience (preferably in print and production)Excellent time management and attention to detailsExceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, and external partnersExcellent copywriting and proof-reading skillsExperience managing an associateStrong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

This is an salaried role based in New York City. The pay range for this role is based on experience and we might reasonably expect to offer

$80,000 - $95,000 salary range.
