Manages and implements the marketing strategy to support dedicated markets and monitors and tracks budget and performance management. Works with regional leadership, marketing team, sales and relationship managers to promote marketing campaigns / programs.Major Duties

Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of financial services and the wealth management business unit.Interacts with various stakeholders across the business to gather data for creation of marketing strategies and content.Establishes and implements marketing strategy for dedicated markets including oversight of budget.Implements strategic philanthropy programs.Manages sponsorships and events including event planning, project management and digital execution.Coordinates digital marketing activities including lead generation, optimizing digital channels and tracking performance.Manages local marketing communications including marketing updates, public relations efforts and supporting leadership as needed.Reviews and analyzes trends in the wealth management industry and HNW marketplace as well as performance metrics to determine appropriate marketing tactics.

Knowledge/Skills

Knowledge of financial industry consumer products and services and marketing concepts, acquired through related work experience and formal education is requiredAnalytical skills to oversee performance measurement, tracking and reporting and budget managementNegotiation skills to facilitate strategic benefits with external partners/vendors when planning events and sponsorships.Proficiency with the digital tools to support events and lead generation (experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce a plus)Solid project management and event planning expertiseWriting and editing skillsStrong interpersonal skills

Experience5 years of marketing or sales experience, including financial services experience. A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.In officeThis is a hybrid position and for the effective performance of this role, the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite 3 days a week and 2 days work from home.
