Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.RoleSoFi is looking for a podcast lover and operations expert to join the team as a content strategist for our educational podcast program. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about and experienced in podcast production, audio storytelling as an educational medium, and managing a content platform from end to end-conceptual planning, production, legal reviews, amplification, and reporting.Here's what else we're looking for, in case it's you! You have experience managing a content calendar, planning episodes, and creating engaging show formats. You are able to review scripts and pre-production documents, ensuring our podcast hosts and guests are set up for success. Audience research and content targeting are up your alley, and creating a marketing program around the podcast are tasks you're eager to tackle. You are organized, deadline-oriented, and collaborate well with cross-functional partners, knowing when to push and when to pause. Previous experience in radio, journalism, or a related field is a plus.You will join a brand-oriented content team whose mission is to make financial knowledge and empowerment more accessible by creating and distributing delightful financial literacy resources. This team has a diverse portfolio spanning the written word, audio, and video, all in service of helping members get their money right. In a world of misinformation, our goal is to deliver credible, clear, and compelling intelligence and insight.What you'll doOversee the day-to-day operations of podcast production. Manage podcast operations and optimize work flows.

Collaborate with production vendor on episode calendar, ensuring topics and guests align with program goals and objectives.Manage process for creating, reviewing, compliance, and archiving podcast content.

Ensure a business case for the podcast program is clearly articulated, evaluated regularly, and measured against - sharing out with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Partner with data science to ensure performance insights are collected, interpreted, and socialized with a commitment to learning, iterating, and innovating.

Oversee amplification of podcasts, amplifying them as a product.Partner with social teams to identify synergistic opportunities to amplify podcast material and tap into community conversations.Submit briefs and work directly with the design team to generate custom creative work. Guide internal creative producer energy.Manage vendor relationships and production tools as needed.

Who you areYou have experience producing a market and/or investing podcast, supporting strategic, creative, and operational workflows.You have experience managing a podcast platform as a business. You have experience partnering with leadership to prove the podcast program's value through performance insights and reporting in a way that compels business and marketing leaders alike. You have experience articulating investment relative impact and can support strategic recommendations in the program accordingly.You have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
