Endicott is seeking an inaugural Director of Admission Communication to join their dynamic and dedicated team. This position will be fully devoted to overseeing all marketing and communication efforts for the Undergraduate Admission Office, while working collaboratively with the Office of Communication and Marketing. Endicott's recruitment efforts have yielded strong results over the past several years, which has shown a unique opportunity to expand many of our current communication and marketing efforts. An admission professional with past recruitment experience will find success in this role through their ability to execute a plan, while also using their creative skills to engage our various populations. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President & Dean of Admission, this position has an opportunity to implement many strategies and initiatives that will continue to move the College forward. Endicott also has an established hybrid schedule option for employees to discuss with their director supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary staff member for all admission related communication purposes, including all digital outreach, website, print publications, and social media initiatives for all populations in the recruitment funnel;Liaison with the Marketing & Communication Office for all primary responsibilities;Partner with key admission/enrollment administrators to contribute to the overall visit experience and enrollment processes for prospective and incoming students;Collaborate with various vendors to enhance Endicott's overall recruitment strategy;Serve as the primary Slate user for all communication and marketing efforts; including building all queries to send email, text, and print materials;Build and execute a strategic print, digital, and social media communication plan for each enrollment cycle; while utilizing drip marketing and liquid mark-up strategies for prospective students (first year, transfers, etc.), parents, and school counselors;Initiate, develop, and execute all recruitment marketing efforts to be creative and uniquely Endicott, while adhering to the overall institutional brand set forth by the Office of Communication and Marketing;Track all open, click rates, etc. to better understand what communication mode is most preferred and effective.Contribute to, participate in, and attend all major recruitment and yield events (some evenings and weekends required);Assist with minimal travel conflicts for other admission team members;Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of seven to ten years of experience in an active admission or communication office/environment;Bachelor's degree, Master's degree strongly preferred;Strong initiative and leadership skills;Exceptional written, oral, organizational, and problem-solving skills;Strong creative and visionary skills;Extensive experience with Admission CRMs, Slate Preferred;Strong preference for knowledge of drip marketing campaigns and utilizing liquid mark-up;Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team;Ability to work some evenings and weekends;Ability to articulate the value of a private, liberal arts and applied learning environment.
