\"Our national client is hiring for a Marketing Analytics Director to join their growing team. This will be 20 hours per week, remote, ongoing.What you\'ll be doing:- Plan, organize, and direct marketing and sales analytics activities, including sourcing and purchasing of appropriate data, and interpreting results to improve marketing performance- Manage creation of sales and marketing metrics reports and dashboards to track performance while working with department heads and other managers, creating and presenting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual summaries- Optimize data collection and reporting processes to continually improve the quality of results- Design, implement, and maintain metrics and reporting platforms that meet sales, marketing, and business needs- Develop processes and procedures to optimize data collection and analysis- Train and oversee teams to ensure compliance with policies- Define metrics and KPIsWhat you need to know as a Marketing Analytics Director:- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience- 8+ years of experience with analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analytics - Ability to extract meaningful information from dataSuggest action for improvement based on insights from data- Highly experienced in enterprise-level systems (e.g., Hubspot, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.), and skilled in translation of data into actionable intelligence- Experience successfully leading a team#IND123#LI-LM2Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
