Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, broadcast, social mail) to promote service department offerings and parts sales. This includes:

Creating targeted direct mail campaigns

to reach both existing customers and potential new customers in our service areas.Developing campaigns to nurture leads generated from declined repair orders (ROs) , showcasing the value proposition of servicing at Swickard Auto Group.Crafting engaging content (blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, video scripts) that educates customers on the importance of routine maintenance and repairs, highlighting the benefits of using our service department.

Own the FixedOps online presence, spearheading content strategy and campaign execution across the service department section of the dealership website and all relevant marketing channels. This includes:

Developing and implementing a content calendar with engaging and informative content focused on service department offerings and parts sales.Collaborating with the digital marketing team to develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns.Responding to customer inquiries and messages on social media platforms, ensuring a positive and responsive brand experience.

Develop creative marketing campaigns to win back inactive customers and showcase the unique advantages of servicing at Swickard Auto Group.Collaborate with the service department teams to develop and promote customer loyalty programs and special service offers.Work with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to leverage manufacturer incentives, including warranty and recall work.Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (website traffic, lead generation, customer engagement) and use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Include attribution analysis to identify lead sources and marketing channels that are most effective in driving conversions.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing.Work collaboratively with other marketing team members, the service departments, and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain strict adherence to Swickard Auto Group's brand voice and comply with all brand compliance requirements in all marketing materials and communications.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of automotive brands, catering to diverse demographics.Become a marketing maverick! Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on automotive marketing or B2C marketing.Experience working in the automotive industry, specifically within FixedOps, is highly preferred.Knowledge of automotive service and parts, including familiarity with OEMs and warranty/recall work.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand compliance requirements.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a bonus.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generated measurable results (increased website traffic, leads generated, sales).Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, broadcast, print, social media marketing, and email marketing.Excellent communication and Project Management skillsExperience with CRMs and marketing automation toolsExperience developing and managing customer loyalty programs
