We are hiring an

Executive Communications Manager

to serve as a key point of contact for our executive team to develop and execute strategic communications to engage, inform and inspire internal and external stakeholders.What You Will Be Doing:

Lead and manage the internal and external communications strategy and programs to drive measurable outcomes.Research, consult, write and produce various deliverables including e-mails, blog posts, presentations, talking points, video scripts, agendas and social media messages.Manage all leadership communications including regular calls for all people leaders, intranet pages and targeted messages to top 100 level leaders.Collaborate with corporate departments to craft and deliver compelling messaging, campaigns and collateral to achieve specific outcomes.Work closely with the digital team to manage executive storytelling on social media.Coordinate executive presentations and media relations to promote Steelcase thought leadership.Create and execute effective communications plans, identify resources, establish timelines, manage project budgets and oversee creative and production resources.Create leader briefings for executive visits to on-site locations and key customers as well as media interviews.Work with the Brand and Corporate Communications teams, chief of staff and Investor Relations teams to provide strategic input on company messaging and visual identity.Continuously measure, evaluate, and modify communications plans and tactics to improve impact and effectiveness.Support the broader corporate communications team with company events; crisis communications and issues management and monitoring; diversity, equity and inclusion programs; environmental, social and governance initiatives; intranet platform management; and other cross-functional projects.Your Future Team:Our corporate communications team brings together skilled communicators, writers and strategists to support communications to internal and external audiences.
