Our client is a nutraceutical and dietary supplement manufacturer based in Atlanta, GA. The mission for the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager is to manage and direct digital marketing, promotional & sales efforts for novel format products in dietary supplement category. This role will focus on all ecommerce (excluding Amazon), healthcare practitioners and distributor sales. Responsible for sales growth in all channels, as well as being accountable for Sales department performance and meeting established sales growth objectives.Successful candidates MUST HAVE a minimum of 4 years of digital marketing and sales management experience .Compensation/Benefits:

$75,000 base salary plus potential bonus3% commission on sales growth in ecommerce channels, besides Amazon, 3% commission on retail account growth, 5% on new accountsStock Options possible after 6 month review of performanceMedical and DentalVacation and Holiday payKey Responsibilities and Goals:

Oversee national marketing promotions and sales campaigns with ecommerce, retailers and distributor customers.Directing and coordinating all digital sales activity, except for Amazon sales.Maintain CRM for active account development, management and follow-through.Prepare sales budgets, projections and approved expenditures, and tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key performance metrics.Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and allocate resources appropriately.Overseeing and directing performance of sales team - including external resources.Identifying emerging markets to develop new sales opportunities.Competencies Needed for Success:

Expert level experience managing full menu of ecommerce efforts, including management of outside ecommerce partners.Shopify website management & maintenance, Klaviyo, Customer acquisition strategies & tools, Affiliate program experience.Media buying, SEO, Google search. Google ads, SMS, Partnerships Netsuite experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.Minimum 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in supplement sales category.Knowledge of category and general industry trends.
