The Graphic Designer is responsible for the ideation, creation and production of brand specific print, graphic and digital media. This includes but is not limited to catalogs, brochures, web, social media, banner ads, and presentations. The Graphic Designer will effectively communicate and coordinate projects with the Creative Director to ensure all marketing goals and objectives are met. The candidate must be self-motivating, capable of taking direction, possess great attention to detail and able to work in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Design of print and digital media. This includes catalogs, brochures, production, iconography, illustration, digital (web, social, and mobile), environmental graphics and image processing.Digital production and processing of creative projects.Minor data manipulation and integration.Minor photoshop manipulation and retouching.Ability to present and communicate ideas.Exploration of multiple ideas and variationsWork with Creative Director to keep projects on time and on budget.Prepare decks and presentation materials.Communicate project status with Creative Director and marketing team.Continuously keeping an eye on competitors and industry trends.Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.Ability to work cross-functionally, promoting positive work relationships with both internal and external customers.Requirements:

BA or BFA in Advertising, Design or related degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be accepted.A minimum of 3 years of Graphic Design or related experience.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD) and supporting Microsoft Suite Programs.Timeless design style, conceptual layout, and production skills.Understanding and experience in branding, layout, imagery, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media.Remain current on design trends and standards within print and digital platforms.Demonstrates successful design ideation, production skills, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.Able to work independently and multi-task between projects of varying complexities.Excels at attention to detail, communication skills, and project organization.Print, digital, and environmental capabilities.We Provide:
