We are currently looking for an experienced Project Foreman to add to our staff in our Morrisville, NC location.
A Project Foreman has overall site responsibility for:
Category rated copper solution installationFiber Optic structured cable distribution system installationPulling cable, fire stopping, dressing cables and labeling to industry standardsInstallation, termination and testing of 8-pin modular connectors, coaxial connectors and optical fiber connectorsAccurately testing copper and fiber cables to required certification parameters utilizing appropriate test equipmentDiagnosing and correcting copper and optical fiber problemsReading blue prints to determine closet and equipment layoutsInstalling closet hardware including backboards, connecting blocks, racks, patch panels and fiber enclosures.Attending training and safety meetings, and working safely at all times utilizing the necessary Personal Protection EquipmentCabling done right - our people make the difference!

BICSI Installer/Technician certification desiredMinimum of 5 years of directly related experience, preferably in Telecom industryAbility to work extended hours (overtime) as neededReliable daily travel to worksitesMust be able to work safely following company policy/procedures on safetyMust possess a valid driver's license and be insurable with our auto insurance carrier during course of employmentAbility to lift at least 50 pounds as necessaryAbility to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and drive for extended periodsComfortable with, and capable of, working in open construction environments
