1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns in social media, email marketing, recruiter tools and resources, and SEO.Analyze performance metrics and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future actions and strategies.2. Project Management:

Oversee digital marketing projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and approvals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including the agency of record and content creators, to ensure that project goals are met.3. Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate current digital marketing processes and identify areas for improvement. o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.4. Content Management:

Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, style, and tone, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines.Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely publication across digital platforms.Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, project management, and content management.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional copyediting and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with remote teams.Certification in digital marketing or project management.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
