'24-'25 VISTAs in the Piedmont- Marketing- UWP
United Way of the Piedmont (UWP) unites local nonprofits, businesses, and community members to tackle pressing community challenges in Cherokee, Spartanburg, and Union counties of South Carolina. By leveraging collective resources, UWP creates sustainable solutions to challenges such as poverty, health disparities, and educational barriers.
Member Duties :
The Marketing and Events VISTA Member will build the capacity of UWP's Brand Experience team by developing and implementing a marketing strategy to engage the community in UWP's work. As a result of the VISTA member's service, UWP will reach its economic mobility goals of increasing the number of financially self-sufficient individuals and families.
Program Benefits :
Stipend , Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend , Relocation Allowance , Education award upon successful completion of service , Training , Living Allowance , Health Coverage* , Childcare assistance if eligible .
