The Global Press Relations & Advertising Manager is responsible for leading the PR communication of L-Acoustics internationally. You will develop and implement a global press strategy, in alignment with the Communications, Sales and Product Marketing departments, particularly to support all the different projects and product launches.

In this role, he will oversee an international network of pro audio and mainstream press teams (agencies and internal) to ensure optimal brand visibility across the entire media ecosystem.

His/Her leadership, his/her strategic vision as well as his/her understanding of the Group's global challenges will be all assets that will help establish the brand image through media communication channels;

He/She will work closely within the Communications team, and in particular the Partnership & Brand Alliances and Social Media departments, to set up structuring and differentiating 360 press activations, but also with all the other internal departments for the proper implementation of your operations (product marketing, project application, sales ...)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the Group's international media strategy including objectives and action plans to strengthen brand visibility and desirability in key markets

- Manage all the Group's press activities

- Manage agents and oversee all global press events

- Build the seasonal media/advertising calendar, timeline, and budgets

- Plan and organize the editorial relay for all the projects (product launches, collaborations, events, etc.)

- Develop and oversee all global Press Releases in a cohesive voice and impactful manner to reinforce L-Acoustics as the industry leader

- Propose initiatives of innovative pitches and editorial collaborations, with a 360 vision (print, online, video, social)

- Accelerate the voice of the Group's media spokespersons within the international media ecosystem

- Build corporate media relations and create the necessary briefing tools

- Coordinate all of the group's international press offices with a reinforced KPIs approach

- Collaborate closely with the creative team on the creation of communication tools (media kits, etc.)

- Ensure and facilitate an excellent relationship with the industry

- Report the Group's media results monthly and yearly

- Monitor a constant and relevant benchmark
