We are looking for a Technical Marketing Analyst to join our Public Affairs Digital Strategy team. As a Technical Marketing Analyst, reporting directly to the Digital Communications Manager. Your primary role will be to manage and improve our suite of marketing technologies, including our content management system, digital asset management platform, creative suite, and project management tools. This position demands a combination of technical skills, strategic insight, and teamwork to ensure our marketing technology infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Tailor our project management processes and workflows through the customization of our work intake system.Establish and enforce governance policies for the use of our business systems, offering expert guidance throughout the organization.Administer and enhance our content management system, ensuring its optimal configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and system enhancements to continually advance our digital capabilities.Supervise our digital asset management platform to facilitate effective storage, access, and sharing of multimedia assets.Work closely with various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within our marketing technology framework.Create and update documentation, user manuals, and training materials to help internal users effectively engage with our marketing technology tools.Regularly monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and carry out optimizations to maintain high uptime and reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record managing Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and Adobe Workfront.Possession of Adobe Experience League certifications for Sites, Assets, and Workfront is desirable.Strong technical skills in Adobe systems, demonstrated through successful configuration, customization, and troubleshooting efforts.A good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Excellent communication abilities, capable of efficient collaboration with team members across all organizational levels.Previous experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not mandatory.A meticulous attention to detail, committed to producing high-quality work within set deadlines.
