Well-versed in fostering a brand voice across multiple businesses.Have a handful of inspiration accounts and content types at the ready.Know your way around a caption and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.On top of the latest social media trends and content types.Knowledgeable in social media best practices across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.Passionate about the culinary world.Excited about testing, learning, and bringing new content ideas and formats to the table.What You’ll Do:

The Content Manager will work across several USHG businesses, to support Marketing Managers on the execution of the social media and content portions of the Annual Marketing Plans. This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and work alongside other members of the marketing team, while building relationships with our Restaurant operators. In this role, you will:

Work directly with the Director of Brand Marketing, Marketing Managers and third-party partners to develop effective social strategies across 3-4 restaurant concepts.Work with the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance by brand and campaign.Plan and develop on-brand organic social media campaigns.Support Brand Managers in the execution of paid social and search campaigns to drive key business initiatives.Craft and develop compelling content. This includes on-site photography and video capture.Post content across social media accounts.Engage with customers across different channels and support the Marketing Managers in community management across 3-4 brands.Keep the team in the know on the latest social media trends.Make strategic recommendations for the launch and exploration of new formats and content types.What we need from you:

5+ years of experience as a content manager or social media creator.Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field preferred.Portfolio of Previous Work in Social Media, Communications and/or MarketingExceptional writing skillsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Expert in social media platforms; including Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Restaurant or Hospitality experience is a plus!Proficiency in eye catching photography, video capture and editing.What you'll get from us:
