We are currently looking for an experienced, Digital Advertising Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social channels, ideally with agency experience and a focus on B2B /Lead Gen, to join our team. This can be a fully remote position (U.S. only) or an in-office/hybrid position for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area.

You will:

Plan, launch, and meticulously optimize your clients' digital advertising accounts with a focus on paid search and paid social channels as a highly integrated member of a client team for multiple clientsGuide full-funnel digital strategy for clients where you are assigned account leadDevelop a deep understanding of your assigned clients' businesses and what matters most to themProactively monitor performance of accounts, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changesManage client relationships, including leading client meetings (typically video calls) and setting expectations via clear, concise communicationsIdentify advanced advertising strategies to keep your clients ahead of the competition and sell those strategies to your clientsAnalyze account data using statistical skills, compile reports, and produce data visualizationsMentor Digital Advertising Coordinators and assign tasks as neededResearch and keep abreast of trends in paid social, paid search, and other digital advertising channelsYou'll Have:

3-5 years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals, B2B experience, and/or agency experience is a big plusHands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Extensive experience in Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta ads is required, other channels are a plus)Experience managing all facets of digital advertising campaignsExperience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision-makersExperience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationshipsExperience with data analysis, visualization, and presentationExperience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).Strong project management and communication skillsAbility to quickly learn new software applicationsWhat's in it for you:

The salary range for this position is $75-$90k/year, DOE.
