As a Medical Device Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our company's medical devices. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating impactful marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and growth. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, industry knowledge, and an understanding of regulatory requirements in the medical device sector.ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:Generate high-quality content, including product collateral, brochures, whitepapers, and online content, to support marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling materials.Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance product visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines across all digital marketing and communication materials.Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contactsCoordinate graphic design projects, including creating visually appealing marketing collateral, infographics, social media graphics, and other digital assets. Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized graphic design or digital marketing projects, if necessary.Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as neededHelp in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and information, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing materials.Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate digital marketing efforts and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of proven experience in medical device marketing, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Fluent in today's digital marketing ecosystem, including but not limited to email, media planning, and social.Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices.Attention to detail for precise analysis of data.Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
