Marketing Coordinator - Traditional Marketing

A dedicated role to focus on the phone and direct mail specific donor journey. Including outbound calling program strategy and execution, as well as follow-up campaigns.
This position’s audience segment concentration will reach potential donors/brand new to the organization, current donors showing signs of sustainer behavior, and donors who have made the sustainer commitment but not yet fulfilled their first gift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Leadership of Campaigns
Manage strategy and logistics of phone channel sustainer conversion efforts
Manage creative and segmentation strategy and logistics of follow-up mail campaigns
Project manage through issue resolution related to assigned programs
Performance Reporting and Analysis
Monitor performance reporting to identify trends as well as areas of concern and opportunities for improvement
Track to monthly/quarterly/annual goals
Participate in weekly meetings with call vendor liaisons to assess performance and adjust
Budgeting and Forecasting
Manage monthly spend to budget expectations for assigned campaigns
Forecast future spend based on past results and future focused insights
Inventory tracking and pricing management for mail programs
Responsible for portion of the monthly Aggregate Campaign Performance reporting
Preferred Skills:
1-2 years experience
Knowledge of traditional direct marketing campaigns (phone, mail)
Strategic thinking – future focus solutioning
Project management – able to move a project/campaign from start to finish within agreed upon timeline
Communication – able to clearly communicate findings and recommendations in multiple channels to multiple levels
