Fine Arts DirectorStatus:

Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, 27 hours per week, 12-Month, 3.5 Days Per Week, Occasional evening and weekend events as required.Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who has a passion for design and is highly skilled at creating engaging, on-brand graphics for a variety of deliverables. This person must be a collaborative and agile team player who thrives in partnering with internal stakeholders and has a visionary approach to creative execution.Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design-Apparel, Digital Graphics(advertisements, email, social media, website, etc.), Marketing Collateral (i.e. brochures, flyers, postcards, posters), Playbills, PowerPoint Presentations, Signage (outdoor & indoor)

Oversee design projects from kickoff through completion, presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final assets

Manage relationships with vendors, specifically on requesting project estimates and during proofing process

Oversee stock media library which includes categorizing and filing photos and videos.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner

Stay current with the latest design trends

Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practices

Requirements:

3-5 years of design experience working in an agency or as in-house designer for a corporation or non-profit organization

2+ years of experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

A portfolio of previous design work that showcases a breadth of experience and creative expression

Strong knowledge of current design best practices

Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts
