KEY RESPONSIBILITES:Utilize advanced software and tools to design and draft truss systemsInterpret architectural and structural drawings to develop truss designs that comply with industry standards and local building codesCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and constraintsPerform load calculations to ensure truss systems can withstand anticipated stressesGenerate detailed truss layout drawings, including specifications and materials listsReview and revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholdersMaintain accurate records and documentation of all truss designsStay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to truss designQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredProven experience as a Truss Designer in the construction industryProficiency in truss design softwareStrong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standardsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlinesBENEFITS:
