We are looking for a driven designer to define the next generation of financial products. You would be joining a talented design team and product team known for developing category-defining UX and solving cutting-edge, human-computer interface challenges.
We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City, and this role has the option to be partially or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Lead medium to large projects from discovery to launch, balancing attention to detail with low fidelity sketches as neededOwn the end-to-end user journeyDesign experiences across mobile and webPresent and advocate design solutions effectivelySought out as a design mentor and expert within the companyEngage in the design reviews, offering, and receiving feedback on design workCollaborate as a lead with cross-functional peers to drive product strategy and great user experiencesDesign with a focus on both customer experience and business outcomesApply design expertise to resolve complex issues in creative and effective waysRequirements:
8+ years of Product Design experienceExperience with crypto and using dappsCollaborative, low ego and open-mindedSharp attention to detail and strong understanding of craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototypingExpertise of patterns, best practices, and design standardsFluency in Figma, component, design systems, and writing implementation specsAbility to identify problems, generate and socialize solutionsAbility to own design process end-to-end from discovery to launchAbility to collaborate and partner strategically with Leadership, Product, and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisionsNice-to-haves:
Experience creating crypto toolsExperience with animation/motion design
Minimum full-time salary of $175,000-$210,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
