Summary:The Marketing and Design Manager within the Global Learning and Diversity (L&D) organization brings their energy, passion and creative talents to increase visibility, drive engagement, and visually enhance Global L&D programs, events, campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution; crafting marketing vision, plans and campaigns from start to finish and working to ensure strong Global L&D brand awareness and provide a consistent, impactful voice/tone. The Marketing and Design Manager is also tasked with leading digital media design work (graphics, video, audio), by generating assets internally or through vendor/freelance resources, that will be incorporated into marketing/communication efforts or individual L&D programs, events, presentations, or initiatives/projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and execute annual and/or project-based marketing strategy and plans, including marketing on internal channels, such as email, internal social media channels, and digital signage, live events, as well as the through the company learning management system (Ownerversity) in support of activities across the Global L&D organization.Work with executives, team leads, and colleagues to translate requests/requirements into creative, compelling, and effective solutions in support of Global Learning & Diversity (L&D) marketing/communication efforts.Partner and coordinate with global/zone communication teams to align with the company's communication strategies, design guidelines, and deployment calendar.Manage stakeholders, including but not limited to: setting expectations, managing reviews, balancing feedback/input, resolving conflicting feedback/input, raising issues and risks, providing recommendations, and confirming decisions.Utilize various data sources (e.g., email, social channel, web metrics) as well as partner with People and Learning Analytics team members to analyze engagement, glean insights, and make recommendations with regards to Global L&D programs, campaigns, events, and corresponding approaches/tools.Research and implement new marketing/communication strategies and trends that creatively innovate and improve the manner in which Global L&D engages with employees.Maintain and update Global L&D branding guidelines, standards, and templates that align with global communications, ensure quality and consistency, and employ current/emerging design trends as applicable.Manage, create, and update/improve standard and custom email notifications coming from the Ownerversity platform and email account.Support Global L&D partners with the creation or sourcing of digital assets (e.g., images, logos, illustrations, photos, video, audio) for inclusion in Global L&D programs, events, presentations, or other special projects/initiatives.Provide video/audio production and editing consultation and services as needed for both Global L&D marketing campaigns as well as in support of specific programs, events, or projects.Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design/update and manage UI components and applicable content (e.g., welcome page, banners, buttons, etc.) within Ownerversity or related sites/platforms.Manage existing and foster new business relationships with external vendors providing graphic design, video, printing, and other marketing/communications or media services in order to maintain output capacity and support levels for Global L&D programs, initiatives, and campaigns.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required ( preferably marketing, communications, or digital media/graphic design )3+ years of experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to drive and increase employee engagement/retentionExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear attention to detailFamiliarity with email marketing applications (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, PoliteMail, FirstUp) and engagement metricsExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After EffectsBasic working knowledge of HTML/CSSSolid project and task management skillsbility to work independently to plan, organize, and set/achieve priorities related to day-to-day tasks and projectsStrong relationship building, especially among stakeholders and vendorsProficient in Microsoft Office
