Then the GPU Hardware IP team at Intel has opportunities for you. Our Hardware development team designs and validates the future processors that are the engines behind our GPUs. We are looking for an experienced DFT leader/manager to join our team that is ready to build a brand new Graphics DFT team in Costa Rica

As a member of the Graphics Hardware DFT group you will be responsible for one or more of the following activities:Lead the DFT design, validation and content delivery of the Graphic IP or Die that will be used in the upcoming integrated Graphic CPU product and/or Discrete Graphics SoC.

Directs and manages a team of DFT engineers responsible for Graphics IP and SoC DFT design.

Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.

Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.You should have a Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field (Electrical and Electronics or Computer System) with at least 7+ years of experience in the following:Managing and leading a technical team.

Good understanding of the ASIC design flow as well as the DFT and Manufacturing requirements

Skilled in DFT design and Integration, various validation techniques and industry standard methodologies - IJTAG, MBIST, SCAN, etc.
