Regional Studio Manager

JOB OVERVIEW The Regional Studio Manager leads operations for multiple studios in all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. The Regional Studio Manager will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, and supervising of team members; planning, and assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, providing excellent customer service and directing work tasks. This studio leader will manage all aspects of the employee life cycle with continuous coaching, annual performance reviews plus rewarding and recognizing high performers. The Regional Studio Manager reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager or Area Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily sales, performance, utilization, and operational needs of multiple studios

Meet and exceed the key performance indicators (KPI) in areas of sales, revenue, membership, and attrition

Generate sales leads though various operational initiatives and outreach tools

Develop sales performance action plan based on membership targets

Provide valid and accurate daily reports of studio performance

Hire, train, and develop studio to perform at high level and achieve key performance indicators (new joins, reduce cancellations and declines, sales targets, etc.)

Lead weekly meetings and trainings with staff to ensure organizational efficiencies, goal planning, and staff development

Collaborate cross-functionally with Head Coach, Regional Leaders, and corporate teams which include Marketing, HR, Payroll, and Business Support Services

Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and functional efficiency of equipment of the studio facility; support may include moderate cleaning and/or assistance from facility contractors

OTF Brand Ambassador for community engagement, civic networking, and collaborative initiatives. Executes and coordinate company's marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)

Maintain inventory and tracking of all studio equipment, shipments, and retail merchandise to include apparel, heart rate monitors, accessories, and other devices

Studio operations with require work on weekends and holidays

Build cohesion and engagement through regular participation in classes and events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrate competitive drive and performance at a high level

High business acumen with strength in making decisions that add value to the business

2+ years of experience with Orangetheory Fitness, retail, or direct sales management

Ability to work flexible schedules as needed, including weekends and holidays

Routine travel within local region; occasional travel outside of local region

High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
