Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer_

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to join the team of one of our clients in the greater Raleigh area. This position will sit fully on-site Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm EST. This person will help contribute creatively and operationally to help create and execute on-brand marketing assets that reinforce strength in the marketplace while continuing to generate revenue. They will report directly to the Director of Brand Communications and the Director of New Communities and Partnerships.This position will require a broad knowledge base and comfortability with marketing activities, both digital and print, focused on training, content creation, graphic design, email and more.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:A day in the life may include creating templates for our 80+ agents, developing flyers, email blasts, postcard mailings and event support ensuring our brand is reflected through all activities and interactions with current and potential clients.Work closely with a marketing team of 6 to assist with broader marketing efforts when neededMaintain, train and distribute on the agent asset toolkit to encourage agents to use approved branded assets in their marketing.Facilitate an ongoing audit of agent assets to ensure brand guidelines are followed.Ensure all content created for events reflects our brand standards and communicates a unique message for the event audience.Swag store champion.Serve as the point of contact for agent asset orders.Ability to communicate orders with print vendors and scope price.Experience designing branded templates and assets to support a thriving and dynamic sales environment using Adobe Creative Suite and online tools, like CanvaCompensation is estimated between 50-60k annually + benefits, PTO, and 401kWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
