fearlessly pursue solutions to complex design problemsthink critically, communicate effectively and produce high quality workcollaborate with diverse groups of people on various teamswork with others to advance firm goals and prioritiescontribute to creative efforts on projects and in the officeQualifications
bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, community planning, urban design or architecturestrong graphic skills including GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and AutoCADsolid communication skills across multiple platformsself motivated with strong time management skillsexperience preparing presentation materials, plans, reports, research and analysescomfort with speaking at public meetings and to small groupsexperience facilitating work sessions with groups of all sizesability to collaborate with diverse groups of people and on various teams
