Selectek is currently looking for a Mechanical Drafter/Designer with knowledge of DX split system layouts and duct/HVAC design.Required:
Must have experience with Revit and AutoCADBase Knowledge of mechanical DX split system layouts and duct/HVAC designExperience Calculating Heat/Loss GainExperience Designing exhaust systems for multifamily or commercial building
Preferred:
3+ years of experience in mechanical designExperience in mechanical design with multifamily units is a plusAbility to work well with othersExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Job order details: This client is looking for a mechanical designer with HVAC and at least 1 year of experience. The most important skill is to have a solid knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD and basic knowledge of mechanical design. Anything outside of the software, they will train.ÂSponsorship: noPay range: $24.03/hour - $26.40/hourTerm of assignment: 6 months temp to permPay method when direct: $50,000 - $55,000 annual salaryLocation of job: Richardson, TX 75081Hours and shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM CSTWork from home/remote: noOvertime expected: yesTravel:  noWork attire: CasualDoes the client require a background check? yesPlease contact Lizzie Johns at 470-203-0754 or Ljohns@selectek.com for more information.Â
