Creative Project Manager

to grow the Greenlight Brand. This role will guide the concepting, production and delivery of a wide range of marketing initiatives, organizing creative teams (internal, freelance and agencies) to deliver a variety of cross-channel assets.Working collaboratively with the Director of Brand Operations, Marketing managers, and Creative team, you’ll define the scope, timing and prioritization of projects, maintain status documents/tools, and drive projects to completion.The best candidate is an expert at delivering creative projects on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy, forecasting upcoming needs, identifying/mitigating risk and can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Who you are:

Adept at project planning and prioritization, and capable of uniting a team under tight deadlinesDetailed-oriented, organized and accountableComfortable setting and managing expectations across full breadth of organization, from c-suite to internsAble to work both independently and as a collaborator on a teamSuccessful at guiding peers & stakeholders to alignment on strategy, feedback and next steps/timingSolutions-oriented, and confident in proposing tradeoff scenarios when neededYour day-to-day:

Partner with Marketing managers and Creative leadership, leveraging established processes and tools, to understand priority, strategy/objectives, and creative scope to develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage campaigns as assets are concepted, refined and deliveredCommunicate projects and schedules to Creative team and follow up to ensure work is flowing efficiently and deadlines and expectations are met, while maintaining a high level of creative excellenceProactively evaluate trade-offs and recommend a path forward. Escalate concerns to the manager as needed.Quality assurance: Support the creative project intake process by ensuring briefs are concise, clear and complete; ensure that brand-forward, on-brief creative work is deliveredSchedule and facilitate creative review and feedback meetings from project briefing to final approval. Maintain notes to ensure speedy delivery of the next rounds of work.Maintain documents and project management platform to show the current status of each project and clearly identify who each task is assigned to, the creative scope and timingEnsure appropriate compliance reviews of marketing materials occur prior to launchingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, external vendors, freelancers/contractors and agenciesWhat you’ll bring to the team:

5+ years of project management experience in a multi-channel, integrated creative production environmentExperience using a project management platform to manage the delivery of creative outputs is required. Specific experience using Asana is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with project management best practices and methods, including waterfall and agile methodologiesAbility to identify gaps in workflow or tooling, and find/propose solutionsDemonstrated success managing a wide-range of projects at agencies or brand creative departments within high-growth companiesStrong collaborative relationship-building and communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving ability and flexibility with adjusting prioritiesHigh emotional intelligence

Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $70,000-110,000 The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $70,000-100,000Who we are:
