Important to Know Before Applying:

Salary Range:

$67,000 - $75,000 based on experience.

Work Schedule:

Primarily an "in the office" position, business needs dependent.

Preferred Hours:

7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM PT.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

Assist in executing marketing initiatives and projects.

Graphic Design:

Coordinate graphic and printing projects.

Content Creation:

Develop marketing materials for various channels.

Email Marketing:

Manage email campaigns and customer journeys.

Social Media:

Support social media efforts to boost brand exposure.

Event Logistics:

Handle trade show logistics and event supplies.

Sales Assistance:

Be a key point of contact for our sales team.

Requirements:

Education:

College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years in marketing project coordination.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with HubSpot, content marketing, and video editing.

Tools:

Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site at our Westlake Village office.

Education:

College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years in marketing project coordination and expertise in event planning logistics for tradeshows and conferences.

Skills:

Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Preferred: Hands-on experience with HubSpot

Bonus Skills: Experience in content marketing or video editing (a huge plus).

Tools:

Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
