Selectek is looking for a Senior Interior Designer will develop and deliver projects from conception to construction.Responsibilities:
Providing project design leadership and manages the design development of specific projectsPlanning and executing the presentation of project designs in graphic form.Coordinating with principal’s, clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and employees.Overseeing the project design and ensuring that the designs fit with the client’s expectationsSelecting all furnishings and finishes for approval by the principal-in-chargeMaintaining the project’s overall design direction and aestheticManaging the delivery of the project, schedule, and budgetManaging and training/mentoring design staffOverseeing installation and contract administrationPreparing correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience or moreBachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or ArchitectureThorough knowledge in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, Revit, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Autodesk 3D, and InDesign are a plusShould have the ability to travel 10-20%Must have a strong verbal and written communication skillsNCIDQ certificationDetailed oriented with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsTeam player with the ability to supervise creative and administrative talent
