We are responsible for the Creative Projects for the Employee Comms and Employee Success Departments. This is a great role for a results-oriented person with the ability to interact, make decisions on the fly, and encourage collaboration between teams.The ideal candidate has previous experience leading projects where designers are crafting digital media, websites, social media assets, program identities, merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, water bottles), and print assets (meter boards, lollipops, table topers, name tags). This person becomes better at keeping everyone engaged and is able to put an emphasis on achieving high-quality results on time and in a positive way.This person is comfortable leading project kick-off calls and partner/designer syncs in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment. They show up as the expert in the room with recommendations, solutions, clear timelines, and patience across multiple partners at varying levels.Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate project plans and meetings with authority. Must be able to understand where a project is at, at any moment and be able to provide support to both creative designers and partners.

Communicate timelines and approval frameworks for cross-team understanding.

Identify, communicate, and recommend viable solutions to boost team efficiency and productivity.

Lead a large, dynamic scope of work with a variety of partners across multiple teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and continually updated.

Provide timely status updates.

Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.

Facilitate ongoing team discussions and work to resolve challenges.

Work, think, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

Have a healthy sense of humor and a strong penchant for fun.

Specific Knowledge/Skills:7+ years of project/program management experience in the digital and website space.

Proactive and results-oriented.

The ability to optimally use Google Docs.

Experience with Asana and Slack or a related Project Management tool.

A strong command of the web and social media space.

Outstanding organizational, communication, and social skills (verbal/presentation/written).

Validated experience working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus).

Experience leading all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously with multiple partners.

Use of independent judgment and initiative to make recommendations and/or tackle problems.

Very high attention to detail. Don’t miss a beat.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,800 to $167,400. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,800 to $182,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
