About the Job

The Head of Marketing, Dermatology will be responsible for the US commercial strategy and execution for Dermatology indications. This individual will work closely with the franchise head and cross functional partners to develop and implement strategies and tactics in support of the Dermatology indications for Dupixent. This role includes providing strategic leadership of the Dermatology marketing team. Demonstrated strategic agility and cross-functional leadership with experience in launching dermatology therapeutics and strong customer facing experience is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the development, execution and performance of a holistic dermatology strategy inclusive of all indications across HCPs and consumers.

Own the dermatology governance across cross-functional partners ensuring alignment to market dynamics, strategy and execution.

Responsible for the overall structure and organization of the marketing team including how it should evolve over time as the market and the competitive landscape evolves.

Establish and champion a bold ambition focused on the HCP specialist and patients

Key stakeholder in developing the commercial forecast for all current and future US Derm indications, including OPEX and P&L management.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the US Dupixent HCP & Consumer brand team to enable development, alignment and execution of strategy across all current (AD & PN) and future Derm indications.

Lead development of competitive strategy for current and future competitors. Provide key insights to influence Sanofi pipeline development for Dupixent and other assets.

Key strategic partner with the US medical, TLL and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment, collaboration and executional excellence at all levels of the Derm marketing team.

Ensure the right level of Dupixent brand consistency across all specialties and indications through strong collaboration and alignment with other US Dupixent franchise pillar marketing leads and franchise heads.

About you

Experience

:

Proven experience (15+ years) in strategic roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on omnichannel strategy, franchise management, and business transformation.

Dermatology launch experience with a deep understanding of the current landscape. Demonstrated experience in the US pharma and access environment.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Change management experience, with a track record of driving successful business transformations.

Soft and technical skills

:

Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams, with the capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prioritizes people development, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters innovation, transformation, and outside the box thinking.

Education

:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
