Who You Are:

As the Global Visual Merchandising Production Manager, you will lead the creative development and production process, in close partnership with global Visual Merchandising teams, for seasonal activations at Michael Kors. This role will require meticulous coordination, communication, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of captivating visual elements worldwide.

What You'll Do:Develop strong partnerships with global Visual Merchandising teams to communicate and execute seasonal activations that align with the Michael Kors brand.Drive excellence in production management, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless communication with vendors and cross-functional teams.Prioritize and oversee multiple projects, including in-store displays, props, branded elements, and supplies for seasonal activations.Manage project financials, monitor budgets, and proactively address risks while maintaining high-quality standards.Update and organize vendor databases, manage department budgets, and facilitate procurement processes.Coordinate delivery and implementation of seasonal projects with global teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all locations.Provide support for new store openings by coordinating launch kits and supplies.Develop strong partnerships with global Visual Merchandising teams to communicate and execute seasonal activations that align with the Michael Kors brand.Drive excellence in production management, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless communication with vendors and cross-functional teams.Prioritize and oversee multiple projects, including in-store displays, props, branded elements, and supplies for seasonal activations.Manage project financials, monitor budgets, and proactively address risks while maintaining high-quality standards.Update and organize vendor databases, manage department budgets, and facilitate procurement processes.Coordinate delivery and implementation of seasonal projects with global teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all locations.Provide support for new store openings by coordinating launch kits and supplies.You'll Need to Have:

Minimum of 5 years of Retail Management experience with a focus on production.2-3 years of team management experience.Degree in Business or a related field.Proven track record in vendor management.Proficiency in print production tools, including Adobe Suite.Comfortable utilizing Google Suite and collaborative platforms like Slack.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.Strong networking abilities within a global and expanding organization.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.MK Perks:
