Position Overview:The Franchise Coordinator supports the strategic planning, development, and execution of cross-divisional franchise strategies to drive sales, consumer engagement, market share growth, and profitability. This role functions as a center of excellence, working closely with internal stakeholders (i.e., Brand Management, Entertainment, Digital Marketing, PR, Product Development, Sales, Licensing, International) and agency partners to deliver against revenue goals and marketing activations to drive consumer demand. This role reports to the VP of Franchise and Audience Development.

Key Result Areas1. Franchise and Audience Development Coordination (85%)

Assist in creating long-term franchise planning and activation frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment across brands and business units.Support cross-franchise portfolio planning and positioning to ensure differentiation and minimize long-term cannibalization.Help identify growth opportunities within the portfolio and explore new IP opportunities.Collaborate with Brand teams to develop global franchise plans for new and existing MGA brands.Assist in managing and optimizing MGA's YouTube channels to maximize viewer engagement and subscriber growth.Support the development of content programming strategies for MGA's global brands and franchises across YouTube, utilizing data and new operating models to drive efficient spending on both paid and organic programming efforts, and sustain fan engagement between product seasons.Help develop and implement marketing strategies to increase YouTube presence and engagement.Support the expansion of International YouTube channels through bespoke content and local influencers.Contribute to creating monetization strategies on YouTube to drive additional revenue leveraging the mass library of owned content.Analyze channel performance data to implement improvements that increase reach and engagement.Ensure compliance with YouTube policies and best practices to maintain a positive and reputable channel presence.2. Administrative (15%)

Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing meetings, requests, and product information.Create PO requests for projects and support the marketing team during brainstorming sessions by gathering necessary materials.Position Requirements:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Econ, Marketing, Communication, etc)2 years of brand management, retail buying or marketing agency experienceFoundational knowledge of US retail marketKids and/or Family marketing, Toy experience or quick turn fashion experience strongly preferredSkills/Knowledge/Ability:

1-2 years of experience, preferably in business or marketing.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter, collaborative, and team-spirited with a willingness to assist others in the department and across the broader MGA Entertainment organization.Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on creating more efficient and cost-effective work processes or solutions.Initiative to overcome hurdles/obstacles that might arise in moving tasks/projects forward.Authority:

Reports to the VP of Franchise and Audience Development.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Very creative with great organizational and time management skills.Good oral and communication skills.Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deal with changing priorities.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.Motivated by challenges and possesses a sense of curiosity and a can-do attitudeAbility to work independently and maintain assigned priorities & deadlines

Pay Range:

$25.00 – $28.00 / hour
