Multimedia Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:Provide courtroom and hot seat operation activities during trials, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and client meetings.Create and design graphics and presentations, including charts, floor plans, and site plans, using tools such as PowerPoint and Photoshop.Set up and test computer and AV equipment, as well as presentation software in conference rooms, courtrooms, off-site locations, and virtually for various practice groups and marketing events.Configure, manage, maintain, and support all video conference technologies and AV equipment.Record, convert, and edit videos; create video clips; and produce DVD videos with menus and custom labels.Convert images and documents to requested formats.Design and develop dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly multimedia training solutions.Test and provide recommendations regarding trial presentation software, AV equipment, and graphic designs for firm-related projects and events.Stay updated on new developments in litigation and AV software/hardware through literature, user groups, and seminars.Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues and share knowledge.Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned.Requirements:

Technical or Associate's degree in computer science, audiovisual technology, or a related field preferred.3-4 years of experience in multimedia, preferably within a legal environment.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).Knowledge of multimedia (audio/video) software and formats.Experience with iManage/FileSite is a plus.Proven teamwork and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.Advanced knowledge of multimedia design (digital, print, and video).Strong technical and computer skills.Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.Advanced knowledge of virtual teleconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Skype).Ability to lift 65 pounds or more (e.g., printer, computer).Willingness to travel and work overtime, including weekends and holidays, depending on caseload; flexibility is essential.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 Per Year
