Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to support our clients Card Member Benefits Program within their Marketing Operations group. This individual will support a team of 7 managers and collaborate with peers in New York and the UK. This individual will be responsible for cross-functional communication with merchants and tech/engineering teams, stakeholder management, and customer experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following-Developing product roadmaps based on vision, strategy, and goals that you will contribute to formingOwning key stakeholder relationships across marketing and programme managementOwning and contributing to product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and assessing options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomesPartnering with Solution Managers to define scalable solutions that meet current and future product needsCreating and maintaining a feature backlog, defining product scope, and prioritizing features and user stories that maximize value and deliver against the product strategy and goalsDelivering throughout the product lifecycle by leading sprint planning and product release plans, creating clear sprint/increment goals, and managing delivery of features through the software development lifecycleMonitoring product performance against targets and adapting the backlog priorities to ensure delivery against the product goalsIdentifying opportunities to reduce friction, increase automation and approval rates, and generate incremental revenue via product enhancementsImproving efficiency, scale, and time-to-market by leveraging and enhancing our global platform architecture, in partnership with technology, design, and other acquisition product teamsLeading, coaching, and developing an associate product managerImproving efficiency of planning and delivery by contributing to process and working practice improvementsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
