Job DescriptionInsight Global is hiring a Director of Product and Marketing for a Health Insurance Administrator. Seeking a skilled leader to develop, implement and revolutionize company products and enhance marketing to drive successes.Breakdown of responsibilities:Product Strategy & Roadmap:Shape the short-term and long-term vision for our products.Use competitive intelligence, market trends, and data to develop a multi-year product roadmap. Translate the big-picture vision into a discrete set of priorities. Ensure the roadmap is aligned with business and customer needs.Provide leadership and guidance to support effective and elegant product design.MarketingOversee the creation and execution of the marketing strategy and program, which includes social media, thought leadership, and events.Evaluate the performance of campaigns and strategies and leverage this data to enhance the marketing program's effectiveness over time.Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the brand in the marketplace. Provide strategy and insights to ensure all creative assets and marketing campaigns support to support brand values.Analyze market and competitive trends; use this intelligence to identify new markets, products, program planning, and forecasting.Lead the modernization strategy, selection, and implementation of an integrated marketing tech stack to deliver on our brand promise.Functional and Team LeadershipLead and provide coaching, direction, and guidance for the product and marketing teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
