SproutLoud is a Software plus Services platform that services the local marketing needs of large organizations. Called Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA), we help our clients manage their brands and distribute their marketing resources locally - through sales channels, franchisees, chain-retail locations, dealer networks, value-added reseller (VAR) programs, and field employees/offices - with a comprehensive distributed marketing solution. SproutLoud solutions manage brand compliance, increase speed to market, automate manual tasks, and provide robust reporting and business intelligence.

Overview

SproutLoud's Digital Program Manager is an integral member in supporting our Brands (Master Accounts) by ensuring the expectations and performance metrics of digital services are achieved. This role works closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) team to execute, manage and optimize digital programs. This individual does this through collaborating across departments and with Marketing Service Providers (MSPs).

Responsibilities

Interact with Brands (Master Accounts) regarding program status as needed

Provide program recommendations based on keen understanding of Master Accounts’ needs

Execute, manage and optimize digital service programs for Master Accounts

Work with SproutLoud MSPs as needed to execute, manage and optimize digital programs

Analyze performance metrics from digital campaigns to optimize programs

Act as a support stakeholder to CRM Teams for digital programs

Display strong understanding of SproutLoud technology at Master level for digital programs

Coordinate and manage activities necessary to complete projects with Client Relationship Manager and IT teams

Communicate with Master Account clients as required/determined by account teams

Provide troubleshooting for digitals questions on client teams

Consistently display a can-do attitude and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Continually educate clients on new SproutLoud digital service features and functionality

Manage new and ongoing client projects between internal resources and client

Prepare and present reporting on account activity and progress to client and internal teams

Understand and keep up-to-date on digital marketing strategies and tactics

Stay up-to-date on best practices of SproutLoud digital services

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required

2-5 years of experience in digital media environment (e.g. traditional digital agency, MarTech/AdTech firms, client side channel marketing role)

Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts (paid search, paid social, programmatic digital media)

An understanding of both corporate run enterprise digital marketing campaigns and local micro budget campaigns is essential

Proven track record of learning quickly and working in a team environment - understanding how to effectively use resources to find answers and solutions

Ability to take direction and, when needed, ability to respectfully challenge direction with the best needs of the client in mind

Effective communicator - both oral and written

Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to task-switch

Strong relationship building and service skills

Interview process

Our five steps recruiting process lasts a total of 2 weeks:

Step 1: Meet and greet with a recruiter or hiring manager; followed by some brief assessments

Step 2: Top-Grading, 2-hour interview with 2 Hiring Managers

Step 3: In-person meetings (one day in total) with your peers, direct reports and/or team leads
